I bought this for a relative who doesn’t normally do Yoga. But while she was pregnant she used it and really enjoyed it. It’s great how it comes as a complete kit for beginers.

I absolutely love my new “Ready for Baby” Yoga mat and video. I had originally purchased the same exact product from Target for $15 more than I found it on Amazon. And the product was brand new. Thanks so much for your site.

My wife is 6mos pregnant and wanted to get started on yoga right away. I was a little nervous about buying an “all in one” kit and what kind of quality it would be. I have to say, the DVD is excellent and the included mat/block/strap are also of very good quality. My wife has been very happy with this set! The DVD features 3 women – one who is barely showing, one who is further along, and one who is ready to burst – each do the moves a little differently (obviously the women who is further along does more relaxed poses/stretches) so you can follow the best match. My wife feels that this has helped her stretch out and relax during her pregnancy. Overall, highly recommended.
